I take on a limited number of portrait sessions each year in the Casper, Wyoming area, allowing me to bring my full creative energy to every shoot. Each session is intentional and thoughtfully customized — never rushed, never cookie-cutter.

My love for nature doesn’t stop at photography. When I step away from the lens, I find joy in painting, especially scenes inspired by the wild places that have shaped me. Often created from my own photographs, these pieces bring my vision of the changing seasons to life.
My reclaimed glass paintings are hand-painted, transforming something once functional into luminous, nature-inspired fine art. This collection is made up of truly one-of-a-kind works, created for fellow nature lovers who feel deeply connected to the landscapes of the West. The colors of the seasons in Wyoming, Montana, and Colorado are known for their expressive layers, and that depth is reflected in every piece.
Light plays an essential role in these works. Pockets of untouched glass allow light to move through each piece, highlighting the natural beauty of the glass alongside the painted details. Every artwork is mounted on live-edge wooden brackets, offset from the wall to showcase depth, movement, and a quiet sense of wonder. No two pieces are ever the same, and each one carries its own Western soul.

I’m Heather Adels, a proud veteran and registered nurse of more than 20 years who followed her heart into this creative chapter full-time in 2019. Based in Wyoming, I specialize in commercial, portrait, landscape, and wildlife imagery, alongside videography, creative marketing, and a little YouTube hosting.
I’m also a Wyoming girl, a mama, a wife, an artist, and a creative soul who finds joy in dogs, kids, music, sports, the great outdoors, everyday aesthetics and photographs. Lots and lots of photographs!
